Beispiele

Die Probenteller mit niedrigem Profil wurden speziell für FIB- und REM-Anwendungen entwickelt, um kurze Arbeitsabstände zwischen Probe und Polschuh des FIB-/REM-Systems zu ermöglichen. Sie sind erhältlich als flache, vertikal und im FIB-Winkel angeschrägte Versionen auf Standard Ø 12,7 mm Probentellern und eine flache Version der Standard Ø 25,0 mm Probenteller. Die im FIB-Winkel angeschrägten Versionen erlauben, die Probenoberfläche im rechten Winkel zur FIB-Säule zu untersuchen, ohne die Probenbühne zu kippen. Der Kippwinkel ist relativ zur vertikalen Elektronensäule des FIB-REM-Systems. Die Probenteller sind aus für Vakuum geeignetem Aluminium hergestellt und voll kompatibel mit Standardprobentellern zur Ablage und für das Handling.
